What are these rims worth?

I have a pair of rims without spokes and centres in good condition hardly used. Kept them as spares when got new rims but I need cash as I dont have a job. and want to get bike ready to ride. I need new fork seal and getting it fitted Have been quoted $220.
the wheels are a 19inch and a 21inch and are the brand takasago excel what are they worth?

Fork Seals are pretty easy to change yourself. Save your money, and learn about your bike at the same time.

How many of these people have done it themselves? I learned how to do it on my old RM, the first time took about 2 hours, as I was taking my time and making sure I was doing everything right, but by the third time I was less than an hour from lifting the bike onto the stand to dropping it off again. It really is easy... just don't buy cheap seals!

Interested in this also, I have stock Honda unused 21 front and 19 rear in the shed doing nothing.

I've done hundreds of these and it still takes me about 4 hours, but I'm not just sliding them apart and fitting new seals, I do a full service while they are apart. If I was just banging them a part and fitting new seals without cleaning or doing anything else thoroughly yes, less than an hour, but I don't work like that, the forks would not work to their potential and I wouldn't have a very good reputation. I've had forks come in that had seals done 3 weeks previous, they have come to me leaking again and I've wiped the filth out with a rag to show the customer how dirty they were inside.

This is true, there was certainly no servicing element in my fork seal replacement and I was only giving the working parts a general man clean at best. It was just remove forks, drain, pop out the old seals, wipe stuff down, in with the new seals, fill with oil and back on the bike... whereas you add considerable value through properly servicing and setting up the suspension, suggesting and adding improvments along the way. I just wouldn't pay someone else to do it my way.

will swap for new 18inch tyre to suit yzf250 07
