I had one of those for a while, a mate was selling them so he gave me one for free (would never actually pay money for one). When riding I did notice an improvement in balance and ability to attack corners and difficult terrain at higher speeds. So I took the bracelet off and my improved ability remained
, because I was just naturally improving... and the PB bracelet was doing feck all... went in the bin after that.
