Cager stacks it into a pole while trying to escape from the cops.
"He estimated he had fled from police up to 40 times before the incident. He admitted he was wrong to flee and would not do it again, but "they should have called the chase off because then this wouldn't have happened".
"You know why ACC is so high? Because of bastards like me.""

This thread will probably be merged with the other one but..
This bit amuses me.
'The authority's probe found the officer who chased him had breached police policy because he began the pursuit over the speed limit, without lights or a siren on.'

Can someone explain to me why someone who is old enough to know better, blatantly flaunting the law and clearly unrepentant about it only looses his license for 15 months. He should never be allowed to drive again.
Driving is a privilege not a right and we need to start treating it as such.

A long succession of borrowed vehicles. Or stolen.
Ok, you say, people will stop 'lending' him their vehicle when word gets around. Heard of the Nigerian Scam/s? People are stupid, and trusting. So this bloke, and his type, will seldom be short of a vehicle.
