Goff is the best thing that ever happened to National.

Goff clearly had Key rattled last night when that question was raised...
The Spin Doctors had about 12 hours to come up with an ''official'' response for the media today.
Same with the benefit cuts question earlier on.

But yes...Goff sounded very Key-esk when pushed for a definitive answer.

Goff spends more time being negative about Key, than telling us what he actually intends to do...Even though as a politician he won't do what he says anyway.

In the 1st 30 seconds he said he had more than 1 source, then at 4minutes 50 seconds its back to one source ...........quote..... ("I know who my source is and I know the reliability of that person")

Yeah it was almost as if Key hadn't heard a thing about it... which he hadn't... neither had the Commisioner of Police, the head of the Police union or the Minister of Police.

 you have heard Key on the matter, haven't you???
"hadn't heard a thing about it" just like he knew nothing on the talks of asset sales Bill English was spouting about after last election (atleast he did keep his promise on that one tho "we won't sell any this term")

The real clues were

1) ''We will balance the books about the same time as National''

And then 2) later on ''if the economy picks up'' THAT SAYS IT ALL.

So what if the police numbers are held and economies are forced upon them, where is all the money coming from Phil???????????.

That is how John Mc Cain lost to Obummer (that and hitching up with Sarah Watsaname from up norf).

Was a Watties boy for my first 49 odd years but been a Tuimato boy since the first time I tasted it a couple of years ago.
