Looking for mates around Auckland for weekend trips

Hey
I'm a guy from Germany,
During my time in New Zealand I stay in Southern Auckland, more exactly Papakura.
I bought a Suzuki (Bandit) GSF 600 over here and I would really appreciate to meet some other guys for daytrips on the weekend.
Would also like to go on trips for the whole weekend with a overnight stay somewhere, to see a little bit of the north island during my stay in New Zealand.
If anyone also look for someone else to explore the country together or even some New Zealand guys want to show me the country just send me a PM or answer in this thread.

Send a PM to QKCHK for the last 4 or 5 years she's organised a 3 day ride up to North Land (Cape Reinga) for Auckland Anniversary Weekend. Great weekend away on great roads with great people, exactly what you are looking for.

I've already seen the SASS Thread, but I didn't really understand what exactly it is... Is it a kind of driving school course for learners or just a group, that meets to have a ride after work?
