Just looks like a modern bandit,
Twins seem to be the mainstream for learner bikes now, kinda makes sense.

not a bad looking bike. as for 'another twin though' - people need to remember why they stopped building the IL4 250s - they were cost prohibitive. I read that they cost basically the same to build as the 600 in the same manufacturer line-up, and that was back in the late 80s. Given current economic climates globally, the chances of getting another 4 cyl are somewhere between slim and fuck all.

Given current economic climates globally, the chances of getting another 4 cyl are somewhere between slim and fuck all.I would say it is more to do with european laws restricting bikes to 15HP.
