Assembling in Picton in the afternoon of Thursday 23rd Febuary 2012 For meeet and greet and a feed. We will wait in Picton for the 1st Ferry to arrive from the North Island on Friday 24th
Thursday 23rd Feb : Arrive Picton meet and greet.
Friday 24th Feb : Wait for Ferry then head for Takaka via Queen Charlotte Drive and Nelson.
Saturday 25th Feb : Leave Takaka for a day ride to Collingwood and either road to Farewell Spit
or Bainham returning to Takaka for the night.
Sunday 26th Feb : Leave Takaka and ride to Howard Juction Via Woodstock and Tapawera
where those that need to head home can leave us and ride theWairau Valley
road to Blenheim then on to Picton to catch the Ferry.
The rest will continue to either Inungahua or Reefton for the night (depending)
on available accommadation).
Monday 27th Feb : Ride to Glentunnel (my place) via Stillwater, Moana, Jacksons, Arthurs Pass
where there is limited accommadation marae style and options at a local
motel or camping ground.
Tuesday 28th Feb : Depart for Home
