That's exactly what is wrong with youth today. All this MTV gangsta crap they see on TV is warping their minds to the point that they think they should imitate what they see on TV. Little do they know those rappers they see on TV are little more than well paid musicians who just put on an act in order for ignorant youth to follow.

Dude that's been happening ever since a suit realised there was money to be made from the youth imitating their music hero's. Rock'n'Roll, Punk, Nu-wave, Metal, Emo, Country, Grunge. It's all the same. And our parents did the same. I remember one new years in Nelson, walking through town I stopped in a store front to light a cigarette, saw a book called 'The way we were'. On the front cover were a bunch of teens from the 60's, drink in hand along with a cigarette, clothes like their rock hero's along with the haircuts, girls dolled up to the max. They are our parents now.

And their kids don't listen to what they have to say about the world because they think that they know nothing of the way that the world works, because they aren't indoctrinated by this shit that they call entertainment these days.

Best era for music?

The 80's and 90's. :oi-grr:
