I know I don't venture around KB much now days, apart from the bucket forum, but still thought there may be one or two of you out there that may remember me and find this of interest.
So, I proudly introduce Maclaine Walter Smith, born 6 December 2011 @ 2.52pm via cesarean section. Weight 3.84kg (8lb 6oz). Both Mum and baby are doing well.
So happy:yes:

what a sweet little man - congratulations to "mr & mrs" Pumba, take advantage of the nurses in the hospital helping out and get as much rest as possible cos once you go home that's not gonna happen
enjoy the first year cos once they start walking and talking they don't shut up until they become teenagers

Cheers all. The last few days have been crazy, but I have gotten him and Jess home yesterday afternoon. So glad to be the hell out of the hospital and trying to establish what the new "normal" is.
I cant believe it, you had sex, with a woman! :woohoo:
I cant believe that she recognised me in the morning, didn't run out the house screaming, and actually acknowledged my existence after the event.
Well done Carl - we know you put in the effort! - enjoy the rewards....
Mate the pregnacy was hell on me. I put on like 5kg of baby weight, and its like like I was short of weight to start with:facepalm:
Don't feed them - it only makes them grow
Crap. Knew we were doing something wrong

Haven't used it yet. Spent time setting it up in his bassinet (the one we just had to have because it was so cute and perfect) but the first night we were home I went to put him down in it and Jess freaked out because she couldnt see him  and I had go get out the old cane bassinet that was given to us by some friends. I haven't bothered trying to set it up in that one yet.

You've joined a cool club now bro.
It gets better each day they get older imho. I'm now taking mine to the Ulysess toy runs & they love it.
