For the last couple of days, YouTube links don't. I can see the black square with the Play arrow and the cursor changes to a hand/pointer when I mouse-over. But I can't get it to play. Is there some site setting that's changed and where is it?
I'm using FF and nothing has changed there (no update in the last few days.
It works in Chrome, tho...

Anyway - it's only happening in FF

LMAO Kevin...
YouTube works on all my browsers just fine. KB links work in IE and Chrome - but not FF. This is a new problem.

Can't help with the original problem sorry

That fucked me off big time. I used to have my personal gmail and work email accounts open in different tabs in the same browser. But now I've had to install Opera on my work machine so I can login to my personal gmail without logging out every other fucking thing they've linked together.

I've also got the shits with gmail and set it to default to the "Slow connection/simple HTML" interface. It lacks some stuff but better that then changing every 5 minutes and doing shit that really annoys me.

Re Gmail. Likewise! Fucking thing is inaccessible most of the time. I set up a one-off account for a particular purpose and now, every time I try to access it, it redirects to "your default account" and won't allow me any access at all. Useless bastards ought to be SHOT!!!:bash:

Latest. 8. But it was working just fine, up until yesterday.

Haven't tried this myself; but try opening it as a "private" session. In-Private Browsing in IE, or Incognito in Chrome. I would expect that it keep the session information very separate between the tabs.

Strange.

Our family's using firefox 8 on 5 different PCs, using sync to maintain passwords and histories, using 5 different gmail accounts, facebook accounts, and all other manner of internet crap, and it all seems to work tickety-boo.

I dunno John.

Yea - it is strange. It's not just new postings either. Previously played clips (say from one of the music threads) now won't.
