Where to buy piston kit?

As the title says I'm after a piston and rings for a 1995 Yamaha yz125.Onshore or offshore?Any recomendations are appreciated.

I bought a Wossner from motox parts online, it an NZ site, good price for primo product IMHO. Theres my 2c anyway.

We've had a horror run on engines recently and although alot has to do with tuning we have learnt that some after market parts are really second rate and just didn't stand up to differing conditions.
Not about to name names but from now on we will only replace with genuine parts.
Its cheaper insurance that if you munt a top end after a couple of hours there is a possibility of some come back from a recognised dealer.
Yes granted you may save $50- $100 dollars on a psiton kit but is it worth it in the long run?

thats easy just look at all the cheap ones floating around out there hence i stick with prox (use as genuine by lot a jap bike makers) and other big brand names wiseco etc yes heard all the stories re them as well but cant say ive ever had any probs with them

i have always run genuine stuff myself, and some times they are very competitive in pricing,

the very cheap brands like matika i have had issues with, and do not reccomend them,

i am not a fan of Forged pistons, (wiseco and wossiner are the better brands) but as long as you warm bikes up properly they will last,

Pro X and Vertex are my preferred brands when selling aftermarket cast pistons, and if it was my bike, i would prob pick the vertex but there is not much in it,

Me to......
brought a wossner kit for my XR, it was $100 cheaper than buying through the Honda shop and around $60 cheaper than the states, plus its hard to beat wossner on quality.
they have i think JE kits as well, good service with good value for money.
Sometimes hard to back the local shops with the prices we've got compared to .com stores but these guys make it a lot easier to shop at home.

+1 for MXparts on the Shore.
I've bought quite a bit of stuff incl crank and pistons to clutch kits. Only had 1 minor problem with clutch springs that was not MXparts fault. Just had the same issue with a 'premier' kit from a recognised dealer too! But the guy at MXparts was great to deal with, stood behind his gear and refunded not only parts but also my costs and labour to fix the issue. He's my first contact for aftermarket bits.
