Well, a too much throttle compilation. Some old, some new...

I feel a bit guilty that I was laughing at the misfortune of some of these people.

Ditto, a few face palms here too but then I thought back to what it took for me to learn to ride. I'm just lucky it was pre-video camera days when I spent a lot of time picking myself up.

me too... but to be honest I don't feel guilty. Stupidity has a price, and most of these people paid... with interest

Ah, Tom Cruise makes it look so easy.
Most of them were pretty funny although I suspect the van driver at 3.30 wasn't laughing.
On a bit of a tangent, my daughter commented that I have a "smart car". I have one of those mildly annoying self locking vehicles that lock the door once your foot touches the brake pedal. She and I were returning home from Pokeno (in said car) the other day and I got all the way to the Manurewa off ramp to the Great South Road before the car locked itself. She thought it was hilarious that my car's door lock device activated as I drove into Manurewa. (Obviously I hadn't had to brake from the moment of departure until coming off the motorway, but nevertheless...)

It started off funny, then I started thinking we have a bit of a common problem, and then it didn't seem so funny.
There were new riders, experienced riders, stunt riders, road riders and off-road riders.
I guess that's what happens when you watch a video targeting one type of incident happening again and again.

Clearly nobody read the warning sticker on the tank. "Read owners manual before operating this vehicle". Makes all the difference....

I eagerly await the responses from track day heroes who say this type of things never happen on the track.
They are probably right, they don't have enough imagination to try it

There was only two things I noted from watching that.
1. Scooters are dangerous
2. Females riding bikes are dangerous.
Give them both a wide berth :motu:

Did you notice how many weren't wearing their yellow invincibility vests?
