Hi everybody. This bike was snapped up very quickly and is now sold. Thanks KB!

So I won't give you the long story ('though you're welcome to read about the recent engine rebuild before the latest incident on our blog (http://www.arcsland.com/2011/02/rebuilding-head-and-lifting-power.html)).
Basically, The bike was pinched when it had no sump plug and the bugger rode the bike with no oil in the engine for some time. The bike was recovered dumped on the footpath in the same neighbourhood that it was stolen from. I received no insurance from VERO (don't get me started).
The list of fixes (aside from any engine damage) is as follows:
Ignition key has been somewhat mangled (they started the bike with a screwdriver or something, but you still need the key to start it, unless you use brute force.
Clutch lever needs replacing
exhaust needs reattached
indicator lights need replacing
So the bike was painted mat black and as I mentioned before the bike had a good service history before that. Alas I don't have the time/energy to do it all again and to be honest I am looking for a dual purpose bike now as I haven't been out on the track for a long time.
The bike is sitting in my mates garage if you want to check it out. The battery is on a drip feeder, and there is a sump plug now with some oil in the engine, but we've not been able to get it to fire - 'though I haven't made much of an effort aside from turning the engine over until the battery drains trying not to flood it. A more mechanically minded guy may be able to kick it into life to hear what the extent of the damage to the engine is.
Tyres do not have much tread on them, brake discs are worn, faring is complete but has been painted with a spray can :eek5:. Seat, carbie (recently reconditioned), battery & chain (new in 2011), could be useful to a rider somewhere.
I am definitely interested in a trade - & I got cash. Anything considered really - I am currently searching for a dual purpose bike.
