Does anyone who may be using this stuff have anything good or bad to say about it? I'm thinking of putting it on an F800GS rather than the BMW panniers and would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Without knowing what your objectives are - assuming you're going to be doing some serious adventure riding then you may want to consider soft luggage / panniers like the following http://www.wolfmanluggage.com/Expedition/11index.html

I have an 1150GS with BMW panniers which I remove when doing adventure rides. I've purchased a set of Wolfman Expedition Panniers for my DR and plan to use them on the Dusty Butt

There are also Australian alternatives that some prefer (do a search with Google) (Clint and Rosie to the Courtesy phone

Thanks for the reply Aslan looks like not too many users of the "Trekker" right now. I don't do "serious" off roading as you'll be aware, just exploring the easier routes around the courntry and playing on my DR with the NGRA NZ of which I've recently become a member. Been with the OR for yonks although our paths haven't crossed for some time - maybe at a RAG a few years ago. Recently swapped the 1200 for an F800 after serious thought (and a moments inattention on the Molesworth) Won't be going to Cromwell next week :( but we will be going down for the Ulybods AGM in Nelson then the Warbirds over Wanaka at Easter hence the need for luggage.

Take care

Hi Malcolm nice to hear from you - didn't recognise you with the alias - you've a brace of fine machines then with the F800GS and the DR - just about got the ultimate in ADV bikes IMO - I look at the F800GS along with the KTM 690 and 990 longingly :)
