FXR Suzuki 150 Poked - Need help urgently to get my bike going before Sunday

Hi,

I scored a bike to get me back to Hawkes Bay from Wellys.

All good except I can't get it to start. We jumped it from a car and it ran then the lights went out. We changed the battery (new charged) and now we can't even kick start it.


Appreciate some help - if anyone wants to rock out to UH to help me 2moro I can flick you some $$ for gas and a few bears.

is it getting fuel?

check the fuses even the main fuse which is normally around the battrey

Also have a look at the plug going into the CDI. That is a little black box mounted on the frame under the seat. The plugs are known to come loose on fxr's, a cable tie to hold it in helps.
