Sounds good, do they have timed laps??

No timed laps. It's a trail ride. Take a watch.

I'll probably be a starter, it was good fun last year. I haven't had the knobblies on since desert storm so I'm hanging out for trail ride or 2 now, I might give Kaingaroa a go too while the bike is in dirt mode.

Cheers

Hey Cary,
I might be there depending on when I get back from Holland. I would really love to go out have a ride down in that area because I haven't done much riding in that area.
All the best,
Wellyman

Nah, not really, there was heaps of forest single track type stuff, but it was mostly (I kept off the expert loops) not too technical for the big orange pig. Though there were a few decent bits of forestry road where I could hold it tapped & pass some little bikes...

...only to have them pass me again in the bush

I've always enjoyed the Epic Events rides I've been on. I'm already hanging out for the next Alpine Express - now that's a ride that suits the 640 :Punk:
