It makes it sound good,
with Honda the part numbers show all the details, middle three, first used on, last suppliers etc
ends when it was imported and by whom
and a gp mechanic, well that's supposed to impress whom?
what is a gp mechanic, ( I am officially a honda factory mechanic, doesn't mean I'm any good.......just means I stayed awake in Simon's classes)
and an Rm
yuck
should have bought a CR

He's a raving poolick that's talking utter shit. It's not like they're road registered, so because it was built in 78 as a 79 model that's what it fucking is. a 79 model 'N'. Noticed how a 1979 Honda CR 250 Elisnore built in 78 as a 79 model has'1979 Model' on the name plate on the steering head!!??

A CR that's been built towards the last half of the year and had its plate stamped as the following year...

Nope, just been looking google images and all of those have a return piece where this one goes straight down infront of the rear wheel.

It's actually as you say...not a very good example at all. It was a good buy at the reserve of $800.00, but not now. I sold a fully rebuilt minter complete with near new Fox Air Shox on it for $2400.00.

Pontiac GTO 1970-73(? maybe 74 as well) they came out standard with those honeycomb wheels, you might be looking at an earlier (more desirable) model (not that a mid '70's one wouldn't be bad either, just the early ones are worth big $$)

That's GP rider, not mechanic, sheesh! Get your 'facts' right.

Probably Stuka mechanic during the war, the big one.
