mine came off after a 6R practice ride today between 8-9pm. fken annoying - too bad and time to pay up. Anyone find one or has one, let me know your price while I suffer in silence.

string of bad luck - couldnt start bike as battery flat, charged up and took off for ride but obviously didnt put cover back on properly. And to add, my 6R test is on wendesday in which my bike is probably not to WOF standard as the cover is used to cover the battery.

I dont think you will fail a WOF not having one, So I dont think youll fail your 6R due to it, otherwise you could just cut the lid up off an ice cream container and screw it on, technically it covers the battery..
then it leaves you time to get one for a fraction of the cost from the likes of ebay or the Hyo Forum ( www.Korider.com )

I will take that advice, if I have to use an Icream lid then so be it - I will call the AA and / or VINZ on Monday about the legal crap of the side cover problem. And thanks for the link to hyo forum.

The testing officer didnt comment on it. just checked tyres, headlights, indicators and brake lights. (not the horn)
