Speedo indicator needle replacement?

On an old Honda, anybody know how to remove and replace the speed indicator needle on the speedo?

It will be easier to get an instrument repair business to do it for you as you will tear your hair out trying to get the calibration right. There should be one in Orks but failing that, there is Autotech in Whangarei.
