I bought a LS400 a couple of months ago off a mate who was tidying it up as a project.
It ran fine when he bought it but was a total rust bucket.

After a lot of paint and replacement parts she ready to go but won't start.

No lights come on or anything.
The battery is probably shagged, but hooking it via leads doesn't change anything.
I've had a go with a voltmeter to find the issue but I'm lost when it comes to wiring.
It maybe a case of mismatched wiring, but there's bugger all on the web on LS400 wiring to have a look (I have the manuals).

Is anyone keen to come round and have a poke for some beers and $$$?
I live in Northland in Wellington.
I doubt it would be hard for someone with some electrical knowledge to steer me in the right direction.

Cheers

I'm still waiting for some parts to arrive. eg. Seats being recovered, rear brake pedal needs new spring etc.
Otherwise I would definitely give crash starting it a go.
It will be going to a shop to get its WOF, and a final check, but I would like to get it started before then.

Cheers
