Has anyone had experience with this type of clutch?...could be an option for the Mrs...yeh and maybe myself ;)

Pretty interesting video to watch, as far as how it works.

Why do you need it? You sit in lots of traffic? If you're running stock bikes, you can get clutch packs that are easier to disengage/engage.

Or look at a pneumatic assisted clutch?

Build'n up a bobber style bike using me ol'softail was think'n of go'n to handshift with an auto clutch just for ease.

Go with tradition and do a foot clutch?

If you worry about balance at stop lights while clutching and shifting with one leg up, you can do what I've termed an easy suicide by putting a clutch lever on your shifter. If you do a jockey shift, super easy. Suicide shift may be a little harder, to make it look good and running the cables.

Bobber I'm building will run an easy suicide, but mainly because I want to be able to swap it to a "standard" format if someone else needs to ride it.

Build'n a bobber to tradition would keep'er authentic in appearance...have'n the EFM with a foot clutch! even better, balance wouldn't be an issue either not only that but anyone could saddle up too...you've got me think'n ;)
