The boss?????Mmmm maybe not so much,

The commission is a democratic process whereby everything is decided by vote,All that has changed is that it will be me that receives the abusive emails and phone calls and passes on the requests of the members to the commission for consideration.

Peter Ramage has done an excellent job of keeping things moving forward and needs to be congratulated for the effort he has put in and fortunately he will remain on the commission As his experience is vital as is the knowledge and experience of Neil Smith and Stu Holdaway who has been technical officer for the NZSBK series this year.

The one thing that will hopefully change is the culture surrounding the rules,The new catch cry to everybody has to be,DON'T remember the rules,Read them whenever you have a query,Sometimes just the wording of a rule can give it a totally different meaning than you remember it to be,This includes ALL supplementary regulations for club meetings or series alike and includes officials and competitors,Oh and if your not sure,Then contact us for clarification,DO NOT just change the rules in your mind and think everybody else is onboard!!!

Congratulations???We'll see I guess and Stevey B you and a number of the more regular competitors can expect too hear from us in the near future for further input

I find it best to let you know there is no such thing as a capital/upper case "1". Sorry.

Commiserations Billy. Also congratulations. I knew that if you didn't watch out you'd end up in the top job. Didn't think it'd happen this soon though.

I look forward to seeing how things change :niceone:

Billy and I are getting T-shirts printed. Seriously Billy. Onya for standing up. Lots of people talk about how things should be but few get in and do something about it. Even less stick around when confronted with the reality of how difficult it can be to work in a committee environment.
