Taupo to Palmy ride

I'm going to Taupo tomorrow from hamilton, it's quite likely to be too late now to sort out some riding buddies but im also going to palmy from taupo on monday or tuesday (tuesday looks like it's raining so probably monday) if anyone is in that area or is keen to join me feel free to let me know
