Profiling posting peps is an important tool for the cops.

Sociopathic behaviour is a good indicator of future issues, its only a matter of time, give someone enough rope......

Intervening before an online escalation that may produce an illegal event...... may produce a kinder online community, and may reduce future offences that are punishable due to legality

But may cause sociopaths to go underground

'Police visited him in 2010, and offered him some advice on his future internet activities. But it doesn't appear to have stopped him.'

Hmmmm...can't have been the right kind of advice <_<

...can't have....

WOOHOO!!!

I'm just so happy to see someone using 'can't have' rather than 'can't of'

Would have thought a list of some choice sites and a box of tissues would have him on the more gratifying end of things.
