Can someone tell me the condition of Horahora road from Arapuni road to SH1

&

Oreipunga road,Plantation road,Mungatautari road to SH1

We are leaving the golden sun of Wanganui and heading too Katikati for the weeknd so want to vary the trip a little and will be coming up through Waipapa we are leaving at lunch time I have been told :innocent:

I did suggest that we go via the Genltle annie and Waioeke Gorge but I got the Look!!!:shutup:

Horahora road is mint, cut back through tirau to okoroire, rehydrate, then over the kaimis, poripori road, then left to katikati.

I ride Horahora Road lots. Fine working condition all the way.

Actually it runs pretty close to the lake at one point - I've seen trout rising there in the early morning...might have to take a line along one day.

The Ride was great today,and apart from the 5 minutes of rain we had on the Parapara's we had a fine trip,going to do the western side of the river on our way home on Monday
