Help needed to organise charity event

I would like a couple of willing Nelson based volunteers to help organize a charity event in planned for 1213 Feb Nelson, Riders will be coming from North and South Islands. The early stages of planning have begun.

I need some one with local knowledge, and be able to talk to local organizations on behalf of the organizing group (FBMC)
