I would like some crash knobs on my GPZ. I almost dropped her the other night at low speed so something to protect her a bit would be a good idea.
Anybody got some ideas where I would mount some? Im at a bit of a loss where is the best place for them.

They wont protect your fairing but will look good on your rear.

You want to know where to put your knobs . well................ the place where the bike going touch down usually near alternator cover on the right , and the knob whould have to be of a strong frame section where you can use exsiting bolt hole to seure it
So in summing up you need a hole for your knob :innocent:

You can probably get Enjun bars for wan o dem. Much betterer if your having a lie down. Or put panniers on it, they work too.

yes pack rack protected the back end of the vfr 750 i brought plus i think crash knobs have abilty to bend you frame as well
So might have great engine case no marks but bent lower frame rail insteed
its like those old school crash guards think did more damage than good esp to riders legs
As they drag and in throry chould spin the bike around plus over priced for what they are just some material like skake board wheel is made from

I made some to fit into a pretty grunty part of the frame on my bike. If it bends there, chances are I'm in serious doodoo anyway..
