My bike doesn't run very well. Been in and out of the local shop a few times since Christmas. Between the mechanics and the tech person from the NZ Importer they have not succeeded in getting it run as it should. The mechanics have said today that they dont know what to do and have no more answers. Should i be taking it to a larger shop that may be up with play on the latest machines? Is it better taking it to a shop with specialist equipment to test your bike and diagnose problems? If that means anything. Do they have that sort of gear here in NZ? What would my next move be?

What would my next move be?
You could start by saying what bike it is, and defining "doesn't run well". There are rather a lot of quite skilled motorcycle mechanics around here who may well be able to give you some ideas.

Gidday, Hey if you give an accurate discription of the problem as well as what bike your riding it would help. is it just slow or does it misfire??? whats been checked already? does it have any aftermarket bits that could be stuffing things up? etc....

Lend it to me for a weekend and then you can use the resulting cash to buy a new one. You have to visit me in hospital but. I like R-Jay's Red Licorice Bullets.
