Congrats though i had an 88 and believe me it sounds heaps sweeter with an aftermarket pipe. I put i stock stander vfr400 pipe on it made it sound awesome and go a bit better for some reason (cheap too):Punk: :Punk:

Just drill 4 * 1cm holes around the end of the cans between the rivets.

Gives it that "mini-duke" sound :D

Still miss mine...

well i don't ride on the track and i'm not stupid enough to do that speed on the road so no i probably won't, it's nice to know it can go that fast though

A 250 in Dunedin worthy of racing.

But I might be one of those people who likes to do 170 on the road.

Good buy dude

Easily possible. I got this 1991 with 6550kms on it. In 2003. Japanese don't use their bikes much I guess.

Good stuff ! Looks really tidy. Not as mean as mine tho :shifty:
But i think it sounds heaps better tho.

And the low kms.! I have an old mvx '83 with about 20K on it. So it isnt unusual to find one.

I second that, my VTZ is like the most fun you can have with your pants on. They are bloody quick too so get ya self some really good tyres and you'll never be beaten on the twisties unless your riding with a nutter on a super duke (Thanks Stu).
