Because the thread is like 4 years old I thought I'd start a new thread, in there he mentions changing the CDI and refers to removing the "retard wire" does anyone know anything about this because I remember one time searching google and finding a forum about the CDI having one wire that affects the acceleration or something stupid like that.

The problem is the retard nut that is situated between the bars and the seat.
Sell the bike.
