it should be ABS unless its particularly unique from other bikes?

I think sometimes a few parts are made with Nylon.

If you have a look on the inside of the panels (assuming they are factory panels) there should be some letters moulded into the inside of the panels.
Get those letters, and send a PM to Hayd3n and ask him what it means, he will be able to decipher it - hes a plastics fabricator and works on bikes all the time

Thanks Tiger, I am getting it repaired but the dude is unsure of the type of plastic and i said i would try and find out.
