I seem to have KB as full screen and cant open up any other browser, because, that top bit (tech talk here) where other websites and browser things used to sit, is no longer there...its creeping me out, whats up and how can I make it go away?

Put your cursor right at the top of the screen...no, right at the top...left click mouse. You should get a limited function top bar, which you can then left click on the switch with the boxes in it (middle of the 3 at the top far right).

the best one is when you rotate someones screen and see how long it takes them to set it right.

Just change the screensaver to display some text of your choice and to come on after about 15 mins of inactivity. Then apply a password to it. Wait for lunch time

On the ones at work,

ctrl+alt+right arrow.

note some graphic cards don't support this.

Thank you...again, yes I had to follow the instructions once again a few moments ago...the ethos world gremlins have been dicking around while I have been at work.

My favorite is print-screening the desktop, set it as the desktop background, hide the icons and task bar and watch them spend ages trying to figure it out.
