The Fayette County district attorney plans to pursue the death penalty against a man accused of using his truck to ram a motorcycle, killing his former girlfriend and the driver.

Edward Belch used his truck to chase Terri Lynn Gresko and Thomas D. Myers on their motorcycle. The pair died when they were rammed by Belch.

According to a witness, Belch stood over Gresko's body and said, "Terri, I told you I was going to get you."

How the hell did a truck catch a bike?
Unless he ambushed them.

That must be what they call 'vehicular homicide', I'm guessing.

Don't know for sure but a judicial application of the translations below (US = NZ wording) the terminology used led me to the following:
18 wheeler = truck
Truck = ute
bike = harley

so a Ute ran down a Harley.. a lot more plausible than a 40 tonne Fruit and Veg truck chasing a 'busa...

Shock the bastard twice, or if it's the needle, don't forget to apply the antiseptic swab first, you don't want to get that last second disease...

a bloody good point - it's right up there with making sure a prisoner is healthy before they face the firing squad. Wouldn't want to just put them out of their misery....

I refer to the idiot Mr Belch who used his ute as a battering ram, to kill his ex because she no longer wanted his stupid ass.

Waylander we may just have different criteria for what we consider to` qualify for RED NECK!!!! Don't go taking it personally now.
