It looks like Dave Allen the Irish comedian, he was always taking the mickey out of the Church of England and Catholics.

He did some very funny work in his time. An early version of the "Father Ted" send ups in some ways.

Yep, sure its Dave Allen. If I remember right he had part of a finger missing and used to joke about what was in the glass that he was drinking on his show.
