Nothing beats imparting a perception of suspension set-up 'feel' 1 to 1 but hopefully this You Tube video will aid understanding.
Also, spot the mistake - first person to accurately do so wins 5% discount off their next suspension related work with us.

At 3 minutes you say high speed damping should be 3/4's out but wind it out by 1.25 turns.

Another good vid, but I reckon you should've put more emphasis on how bad winding on lots of rebound damping can be though. It's the single most dangerous thing you can do to a bikes suspension. You can get away with too much compression damping or preload but too much rebound damping can be lethal.

Actually he said he wanted 3/4 turn, but did 1 1/4.

A seperate YouTube video has in fact already been produced, emphasisising the importance of correct rebound setting. This will be released and posted within a couple of weeks or so. Also upcoming will be a video of our new SUSPENSION DYNO.

Devil and Mental Headcase will both qualify for a 5% discount.
