Nah. I used be be able to run plenty fast being a skinny white boy from Wainui mate! It's only blowing my ankle into 20 bits at Wanganui in '05' that put an end to that!

Geez, some of the bikes even had horns!! And where was all the safety gear arond the track? And BMX bikes have wider tyres now!! Classic.

With all that talk of smoke I was expecting that the H2s were still racing lol.

Production racing hard man and giant killer Joe Eastmere (not sure if spelling correct) was disqualified for no horn on his T315 Suzuki in the 71 Castrol. The claim was that he might get better cooling as well.
Production meant production in the Australian Six hour.
