Yes..
there's quite a lot of KBr's in the capital area,,,, Once we have abused you, and ridiculed your riding ability sufficiently, we'll teach you the secret Wellington KB wave..... I'm English would we EVER lie to anyone? :sweatdrop

Is this a case of perfect bad timing? I thought their regular runs ended with daylight saving.
Maybe one of the natives could help?

Why stop at apostrophes? Commas have feelings too.

Yes.....Fang might be a better description to describe our battles with the elements! Unfortunately, it sounds very calm outside today so I guess I'll have to settle for a ride.

There are also plenty of clubs: Hogs, Rats, Beemers, Ulys and BRONZ. Ratti off this site organises the beginner rides although Tuesdays have just finished. (Assuming you are riding a 250 as a beginner an not because you like a challenge with motorway traffic).

Well, after riding almost 24/7 for a few years in Welly weather, pretty much any day anywhere else is just a doddle...:yes:

Commuting in Welly is not riding, it's an adventure to see if the weather or the cagers get you first. It's still better than the public transport alternative though.

Ah yep, but it fits with the logic of "how do you know you're alive unless you scare yourself half to death occasionally?"

Riding in Wellington is awesome and theres plenty of friendly buggers to ride with. Plus we have the Rimutaka hill.

Plus the Paekakariki hill, the Haywards, and the Akatarawas. All of which are OK for a short ride.
Better than premature ejaculation I guess, but not really satisfying...

After living in Wellington for a while you get pretty good at doing U-turns at the end of such roads. A bit of back & forth action is always good :niceone:

I'm going to hit the bays for a short ride round Mirimar and out to Kau bay, round to Evans bay and home. Try to evade the coffee temptation along the way O)
