Anyone know where I can get a set of these bastards from in NZ? (I'm stuck out in the country)
They measure 6.5X11.5X2.2 and OEM part number is 4304-91004
Brakes are '91 ZZR600D/ZX6D and they seem to be common with a million other bikes

Or if there's a sneaky replacement, I'll be happy.

I have rebuilt more calipers than i care to remember, just go to your local o ring supplier with a sample and bob will be your uncle.

if you get really stuck just send them to me i have a bunch in my workshop for around a buck each.

Cheers :yes:No, they won't be rated for fluid. I can send you a bunch with that RFID unit. I'm very sorry that I haven't been able to do that yet, and even sorrier that it won't be this Saturday either. On the flip side, I can tell you about the current limitations that the output has, and hopefully I will be able to modify your unit with a teeny tiny solid state relay to up the current capacity (so you can directly switch any automotive relay) before I send it. I'm really sorry to have fucked you around so much on this, I just haven't been able to get my shit together.

Bloody good of ya mate, :yes:how much do you want?
I was going to make the RFID throw a relay to throw the relay for the ignition anyway as I was a bit worried about current draw, solid states are the shizz.
I'm using the kill switch to latch the relay and it has a master kill hidden away too, so I will probably forget how to start it
