Dirt Tyre 17 x 3.5 or a little bigger but still 17.

My son has bought a project bike that he needs a rear dirt tyre for. Currently it has a 17 x 3.5 and 17 and a little bigger will be okay. His current tyre has heaps of cracks. He's after new, or old, worn or heaps of tread just no cracks all over the side of the tyre.
