Good ATV rider training course

Hi there,
Does anyone know of a good ATV rider training course near Auckland? My work requires me to do one in the next 2 weeks since I will have to ride around on one in the Chilean desert with very expensive gear on the back.
Would appreciate any recommendations and/or experiences.
