2008 25th Anniversary XB12R Firebolt
Only 25th Anniversary XB12R in NZ that I am aware of/have seen.
This is a stunning example of the Buell Firebolt that gets heaps of compliments. Looks great in black and red and sounds even better with the Drummer Stainless Steel exhaust system.
With oodles of torque its the kinda bike you can cruise on and enjoy and also have the odd blast without loosing your license.
Also has an Eric Buell Racing ECU and a K&N filter.
Recently fitted new rear tyre.
Upgraded battery to Shorai lightweight replacement. Weighs only 990gms (factory battery weighs 4kg!!) Battery alone cost over $350.
ECU has just been sent away for a re-map at EBR in the USA. I've decided to list it anyway in-case anyone is about to buy and misses this great example. ECU should be back within 7-10 days and then the bike will be having a 10k service prior to sale.
Its an overall VERY tidy bike with some sensible mods and low km's. It always garaged and well pampered :)
Fully serviced by Buell dealer with receipts etc.
