Recieving Rep:
When recieving Rep it shows at the bottom of your UserCP and a user become a senior member (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=747) they can see who is giving them rep. You can also veiw your rep on a given post by clicking on the scales in one of your own posts. It will pop up a window just like you were giving rep and display your current rep aswell as give you a rep average for that post, showing you each rep you recieved on that post.

Rep Squares; Positive Rep, the green squares:
For each of the dark green squares you have 100 rep. This continues until you get to +500 then you recieve Light green squares. These count for +200 each.

Rep Squares; Negative Rep, the red squares:
If a user has a red square they have negative rep.

The rules to handing out Rep:

1: You have to have a minimum of 10 posts to affect someones rep. User will recive a grey rep square if you have less than 10 posts whether you gave good or bad rep.

2: You can only give rep 10 times every 24 hours.
3: you have to rep 3more peaple before giving rep to the same person again.

Your Rep Weight; the rep you give to others:
To give rep you click on the picture of the scales on a users post. The amount you give varies depending on three factors.
Factor 1; the amount of rep you have. For every +100 rep, add 1 to your Rep Weight.
Factor 2; the amount of time you have been a member. For every year you have been a member, add 1 to your Rep Weight.
Factor 3; the amount of posts you have. For every 500 posts you have made, add 1 rep to your Rep Weight.

Reputations:
These are the user rating that shows up when you hover your mouse curser over the Rep Squares squares on someone profile or a post.

When in "user CP", you can view your latest rep. Is there a way to view ALL your past rep points recieved?

You can only veiw the last 8 rep you have recieved in your userCP.

Don't think you can view it all at once but if you can remember every post you've gotten rep for you can click you're own scales and see them.

And you can start seeing your rep in usercp as soon as you get some.

Well this is a damn useful thread for us newbies - I got a little blue Rep square the other day and thought I'd pissed someone off with my banter. I see now it's a grey square and has been received from someone even newer than me.
