As they had alloy crankcases it was quite common to convert Henderson Four engines and fit them into planes in the day. There's now one in Blenheim in the hangar next to the classic fighters building

That cooling shroud looks suitably 'rustic'.... (theres not much holding it in is there???)

And I doubt the welding on those engine mounts would pass inspection today

they use it as a toy for taxiing and a novelty, it was rebuilt and hung in a museum in sydney for many moons before being bought out here so not exactly airworthy.
Was probably built inthe twenties or thirties when things weer a bit more heath robinson too
