Found this while browsing about, its not what I would call an indepth walk through but it certainly gives you a good idea,
he does it with his original stock pillion seat, I wouldnt do it unless it slipped on over the seat otherwise you have no pillion seat period.
Im going to attempt something along these lines myself, but a little more than a carbon copy of a seat.. Picked myself up a second hand pillion seat with a bit of damage and will need some plastic repair on the seat base, but I picked it up for $10nzd on ebay so all good.
When it arrives and I get my shit together I will post up some photos etc either in this thread or a new one depending.
A guy followed the same process on the Hyo forum but he put a black carbon wrap on the seat which really just made it look like.. well a seat.
