Er, normally on you tube you hit share, embed & then copy & paste the embed link straight into your post. Some reason it would not let me...

In the middle row of boxes on the 4th to the right you will see a video button, hover over and it will say 'Insert video'. Click on it, copy and paste said video and enjoy.

When you upload a video you choose the sharing options - one of them is to not allow embedding.

Wouldn't it be wicked to do that, i don't know how they hold on to the thing. you would feel the g's the whole way down the track.
