The widow of a motorcyclist who was knocked off his bike and killed was sent several letters asking for the money to repair road barriers damaged in the crash.

Tracey Leeming of Greater Manchester opened several letters from Manchester City Council asking her late husband Stephen for about £300 to pay for the road repairs.

The council apologised, saying it would reassess its procedures.

It's not a Govt as such, it's a local council. These are made up of people unsuitable to be poiliticians.
