Ive decided to do this event, being mainly the traveling distance, its a lot closer, we are spoiled for choice with so many too chose from.

still aiming to do a Jolly Rooster at some time.

I got a big problem with my bike, don't know what its is but
every time I would twist the throttle all the bikes around me would just suddenly accelerate like my throttle was operating the other bikes, but
not mine. :facepalm: was going backwards fast.:shutup:

Thanks for not hitting me. It was quite an eventful day for the numpties - in the 3rd race i managed to get tangled in the start bungy.

The starters had to cut it off -i felt a complete idiot - so thanks to the guys running the event - his parting words were you are only a lap down go for it.

I'm surprised i didn't run you over......my reflexes aren't very cat like,haha......i was behind the bunch that got caught in the bungy....managed to avoid that but in that race had a nice trip over the handlebars with the bike landing on me...........

I managed to feature in this video as well - I went past just before the corner at around the 4:11 mark - at least this time i wasn't lying on my side.

Another awesome event, Thanks to Mr motorcycles and all their helpers / supporters for putting on these great events, in support of the Local schools / community's.

I had a great day, riding and mucking around with the GoPro, trying it in different places.

I was on mothers day duties, once the hangover wore off. Sounded like a pretty cool day out. Two friends, ironically both parked next to each other, broke bones in their feet (or suspected once the swelling goes down).

The thing that gets me is the number of Senior B and junior A riders :no:who jump into the senior C races, they get twice the race time, by being able to race there class race, and then jump into the senior C races, they are so much faster than most, and are lapping a few of us, we are being robbed of a lap.

I don't mind being lapped 100 meters before the finish line, but half the track sucks, Its all about fun I thought, there is a good group of riders that i can have a good battle with, then some guy goes passed us like we are parked up doh.

my maths aint that great but,

4 laps @ 1.5 km a lap = 6 km per race, = 24 km for the days racing

me at 3 laps 4.5 km for a total of 18km for the days racing.:crybaby: @ $30 for the day, think Id be better to go on a trail ride.

I hear ya there, I raced at Fells the other week, I really am a novice rider, will always be slow poke but enjoy riding. The all in Novice was a joke, there were guys racing the open class then coming and lining up next to me. The honest classes are always going to be a nightmare to police. The only way around would be for the organisers to collar the first X number across the line and tell them to go up a class.

At the end of the day it's all about fun but for value you can't beat a trail ride!

I was thinking of asking you or another senior A rider, if they wouldn't mind wearing the a GoPro for one race,
Just to get some descent riding footage.

I was talking to that guy on the KTM, who looped it, I asked him why he wasn't riding he told me he flipped it trying to pass me,
didn't realize I had it in video, not sure what happened with the other rider. just lost it in the berm.

Nice footage there. You're passing a lot of people on that vid through consistancy though. Something I need to work on a lot.
