So i've got to thinking in the recent months. What is actually the point of the restricted licence?.
From what I can gather, it's an L plate from Learners to restricted. Every thing else seems to be the same (from what I can gather any way), hours between riding, engine capacity, no pillions rady, rady rahhh.
So why do they not, do away with said restricted and extend the time spent on the learners?. Make the test for full longer and harder?
What are your thought's?

because its the graduated license system, you can't just go learners - full it doesn't make sense...

....or does it..

1. underwear..

2. ???

3. profit

anyway - until they messed with it u used to only be allowed up to 70km/h on learners and on restricted u could go the whole 100km/h so made slightly more sense.
