we have a small party happening it seems ....

I live close to town for those who wish to go there before/after/during .... I have busstops close to my place, taxi's only cost $10(ish) into town and walking/stumbling is about 20-30 mins to Courtenay Place.
Garage for bikes to park and keep dry .... carparks in the village for....cars....

Not sure about space in my concrete box of a home but it'd be interesting to see how many I can fit in it :laugh:

Do you use the cans of malt extract? That's what I've been doing. I dunno if you've tried it, but if you use 1 can of malt extract and only make 11.5 litres of beer with it (or 2 cans and make 23 litres) in stead of using dextrose or sugar like lots of the kits suggest, it tastes a lot less like wine in my experience... But it seems it has a slightly lower alcohol percentage. I'm currently trying a batch of 2 cans of extract and 1kg of dextrose and making about 26 litres. :drinkup:

Also, if you pour it in a glass or jug, the powdery shit won't get mixed through so much than if you drink it from the bottle.
