Room for rent - off Constellation, North Shore.

One of my flatmates is moving out, So I have a room spare to rent.

Room is decent sized, not big but not small. Enough space to fit double/queen bed + desk + drawers.

There's room in the garage for another bike or two or to store stuff.

Place is off Constellation Drive on the North Shore. Quite a good location. About 5 mins to albany mall, 10-30 mins into city, depending on traffic.

So theres me, 20 studying and working, and two other guys, both 21 and working.

Rent is $120 + expenses of around $15 a week

Just thought I'd try my luck here.
